Admission Process

Substantial Qualification

• B.A passed in relevant subject from recognized university level college (U.G.C.) for admission at post graduate level. Girls holding degree of B.Ed. are also eligible for M.A (Education) classes.
• Intermediate or equivalent passed under any recognized board for entry at graduate level.

Admission Rules

Special rules and regulations must be paid attention to before filling admission form.  

B.A. (Previous)

1. For admission please apply on the application form enclosed with Boucher.

2. With application form must be attached the enclosure given below:

A. Certified mark sheet copy of intermediate and high school.

B. Certified High school copy.

C. For reservation benefits caste certificate forwarded by a gazetted officers.

3. Enclosers as well as fees attached with form will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Enclosures all the necessary documents with the application form.None shall be accepted latter.

5. filled in application form will be submitted till the exact last date mentioned. No application form will be entrained after that.

6. Please check the following while submitting forms:

A. That you are eligible for the admissions.

B. That all the columns are fully filled in.

C. That you have submitted the certified copies of all the relevant documents.

During Entry

• Surly have the true documents for inspections.
• Bring with yourself the certified facsimile of the documents.

At the time of entry is mandatory to enclose the following with application form.

• Regular passed intermediates girls would have to produce T.C. and C.C issued by the last college.
• Private passed college girls would have to produce centre certificate issued by the centre college.
• Regular passed girls outside of the college shall have T.C. issued and signed by the D.I.O.S.
• Incumbent for admission in B.Ed. and M.A. would have to produce Migration certificate if the same has passed the last examination from besides Luck now University, Lucknow.

Admission to B.A. and M.A. will be on the basis of Merit.

Seat distribution in the classes will be made as under the rule of U.P. Government.

1. Please brows the list of taken candidates as on the declared date.

2. No information related to admission process shall be privately entrained. Girls are to see for themselves all the related information on the college notice board.

B.Ed.

Admissions for B.Ed. classes will be made as under the timely direction of Lucknow University.

M.A.

Admissions to M.A. classes made on the basis of the Merit.

Counseling

After one week from the commencement of classes, B.A (I) and B.A (III) year’s students will be given counseling for the right selection of the subjects.

• During counseling the girl’s student is to accompany guardians.
• Counseling dates shall be declared with admission.
• During counseling bring all originals copy as well as Xerox copies of the certificates and also fee bill.
• Select your subject after consideration from counseling.
• Choice subjects selected at the time of counseling shall not be altered. Later.
• Participation of the girls students is must in counseling since registration latter will be forwarded after the counseling to make admission process final.

Important Information’s

• Guardians as well as students are requested to go through the information’s and directions given the booklet and follow them.
• Registration latter will be given to the girl students during counseling’s registration holder student is held valid.
• B.A. first year girls student have to give their name for every subject in the first week of August.
• To register name in the attendance book of each selected subject students have to present fee bill and registration letter with the subject teachers. Nomination in the attendance book will follow signature of the subject teacher before the subject printed on registration letter otherwise Identity Card won’t be issued.
• For the latest information students have to brows notice board of the college.
• Girl’s students should fully avail themselves of the library.
• Degree College arranges the canteen fir the refreshment of students.
• Fee bill, Identity Card, Library Card can be reissued on the proper payment.
• For solution of the problems students contact Pretorial board.
• There is arrangement for different games in the college fir the right development of the student. Willing candidates may benefits by the conducting the relevant teachers.
• Through counseling and direction students are informed for future program and right employment opportunities.
• Girl’s students have to reach their house in charge for taking parts in various literary and extracurricular activities.
